As a freelance producer Tim has worked with Lionsgate, Google, Adidas, Sky Atlantic, Punchdrunk, Roundhouse, Old Vic, Harrods, Lionsgate Entertainment, Hammer Horror, The British Fashion Council, English Heritage, Ralph Applebaum Associates, London Met University, TedX, Silent Opera, and many more. He held creative or curating roles with Punchdrunk, Secret Cinema and Shunt.

Tim founded One Night Records in 2019 and for three years ran a 30,000 sq ft ‘immersive music’ venue in London, with 25 musicians live per evening and audiences of 500 a night. He founded VAULT Festival in 2012 and during his tenure as Festival Director, it showcased the work of over 1000 groups of artists and grew annual audiences of nearly 80,000. He founded The Heritage Arts Company in 2007, and led the company’s major artistic and entrepreneurial projects from inception to delivery.

He was Associate Producer of touring and West End theatre with PW Productions for six years, managing and delivering tours and West End shows ranging in scale from tens of thousands into millions of pounds. He successfully pitched a multimillion pound capital project to Westminster Council to renovate and re-launch London's Arts Theatre, .

Between 2014 and 2019 he was an advisor to the creative strategy group A Soul For Europe, which meets with the Council of Europe to promote cultural activity. In 2018 Tim was a cultural consultant producer with Safe Passage, finding safe and legal routes for child refugees to come to the UK, and produced a nationwide cultural campaign with Sir Michael Morpurgo, Sir Mark Rylance and Dame Harriet Walter among others.

Tim holds a First Class Honours degree from Kings College in English Lit. & Film, and a Diploma from the Instituto Superior De Arte, Havana, in 'Theatrical Direction & Music'. He is an AGILE Project Manager, is CIMA qualified, and gained merits from Vanderbilt University in 'Innovation in Arts and Culture' and from University of Illinois in 'Financial Statements'. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. Since 2023 he has been a Green District Councillor in East Suffolk Council, for Rendlesham and Orford, and is the Deputy Member for Resources and chair of the Licensing Committee.
